HOURLY CONSULTING FEES for architectural, interior and technical project consulting and design services. Estimate chart is by square feet or gross value, project complexity and detail. Subject to final approval.

Consulting or design can be in person, or by phone, fax, e-mail.
Working over the internet allows organizations and individuals in many time zones around the world to receive services without travel costs. Travel time is billed at half rate.

MINIMUM HOURLY BILLING OR MINIMUM DAILY CONSULTING CHARGES for on site fees. Also for inspections, approvals, reviews, punch list creation, etc.

PROJECT ESTIMATE / FIXED FEES Provides composite estimates by project or specialty. Also used for scope of work.
Services may include 5D Environments, environmental architecture consulting, business interiors (health benefits), lighting design, color consulting, project visualization and creative client consultations.

PLAN OR DESIGN STAGES
1) Information gathering, sketches, drawings, photos, other.
2) CAD 2D + 3D drawings for plan.
3) Revisions, changes, updates of CAD drawings.
4) Final plan or consulting summary.

PLAN DESIGN FEES are typically between 5% to 12% of gross project costs based on complexity, detail, total pages, revisions, research and client requirements. 3D views available (and recommended) request at start of project. Outside engineering or specialty consulting may also be required.

MATERIALS MARKUP based on total dollar volume of project, were applicable. Markups cover product research, selection, specifications for P.O.'s, vendor selection [based on cost & service], purchasing, shipping, tracking, and inventory.

FLOATING BUDJET
Our option to interchange funds between approved project(s) total as listed and stay within gross budget amount. IE: Better lighting vs chair quality. More landscaping less house sq ft. etc.

CANCELLATION FEES
Fees apply where work or design services are canceled by the client within 30 days of the planned starting date or during any part of the design and consulting process.
Cancellation fees cover all of the following and are not limited to: any prep work, meetings, phone calls, faxes, e-mails, research, vendor conferences, photos, maps, measurements, drawings. Travel expenses, lodging, meals and incidentals. Minimum cancellation fee is $250 per item listed or 15% of the overall project fee amount, whichever is greater.

• Shipping and taxes are not included unless requested
• Payments due every 30 days on extended projects.

• Balance due upon receipt, change(s) due upon signing.
• Deposit or prepayment required for new clients and custom orders.
• Order time for most materials is 1 to 4 weeks. Custom fabricated materials may be 4 to 6 weeks.

• All material estimates are valid for a period of 30 days, based on market changes.
